International Account Manager – Business software – Tilburg

We are looking for an Account Manager!

We value an informal working atmosphere with high attention for individual employees. As an Account Manager, you will be part of our Marketing & Sales team with motivated (international) colleagues. Due to the rapid growth of our company and our global expansion, we need you to strengthen this team!

As an Account Manager, it is your responsibility to facilitate and maintain the relationships with our international customer base, which consists of Communication Service Provers (CSPs) around the world. Your goal is to increase our revenue and to safeguard the customer satisfaction. Are you the Account Manager we are looking for? Don’t hesitate any longer and apply today!  

What are your responsibilities as an Account Manager?
  • You will be responsible for all commercial activities at one or multiple of our customers, such as preparing and giving presentations, preparing quotations and negotiating contracts
  • You will function as the go-to person for all commercial enquiries our customers have and will be responsible for the customers’ satisfaction
  • You recognize opportunities, which you will convert into business opportunities and increased revenue
  • You will facilitate monthly account sessions with different stakeholders within the organization
  • You will be responsible for converting warm leads to deals
You will absolutely thrive in this role if…
  • You have work experience as an Account Manager and you are passionate about sales, commercial activities and doing business
  • You are in possession of a Bachelors’ degree or above (business, economics or equivalent experience)
  • You are an expert in English and Dutch in both written and spoken form
  • You are willing to regularly travel abroad for work
